The event was held on January 14, 2020

Highlights from our event The Healing Power of Art. Creative activities are therapy for the mind. Whether it’s writing, sewing, playing music, or painting, a creative outlet can improve your mental clarity.

Led by art therapist Or Har-gil, we learned about the role art can play in health, wellness, and managing stress. We enjoyed an art workshop with oil and chalk pastels as well as a full watercolour experience.
